• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns for shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
• Return process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with instructions for returning your shoes. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refund process: Once we receive your returned shoes

and verify that they are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
• Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
• Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for customized or personalized shoes, as these items are made to order and cannot be resold. We also cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party sellers.
